A Happy Girl I was referred to Hyundai of New Port Richey by my mechanic. He made a phone call and within 2 hours I was contacted by Alan Woolridge. During our I was referred to Hyundai of New Port Richey by my mechanic. He made a phone call and within 2 hours I was contacted by Alan Woolridge. During our first phone call on March 15, I explained my situation to Alan, gave him basic information and he called me back the next day with some potential options that would fit my situation. Appointment set and yesterday I drove off the lot with a brand new Hyundai Kona. Alan set me up with Felix Nieves III, who was awesome. Felix explained all the new features in the Kona and took me for a test drive with the all confidence of a guy driving a car with a full tank... even though the need fuel light was on:-) Evan was very thorough in explaining all the documents I was signing and made that process move right along. After completing all the paperwork, Felix walked me back to the service area and introduced me to Katrina Heilig, who spent time telling me the hours of operation and a little insider info on when was best time to schedule an appointment for service. Having had a BMW prior, I appreciate having a personal introduction to the service department from Felix. I look forward to referring my family and friends to Felix and Hyundai of New Port Richey.
