My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted and just wanted to make the best informed decision. I had bought a car from Felix years ago and knew if I wanted to work with him again. He is very personable and willing to listen to you want as a customer. He isn’t like any sales person you have worked with he genuinely cares about you and your family and will try to put you in the best car for you and your family. He briefed us on each and every feature the car had, especially the safety features. That’s the most important as we just recently had a baby, we wanted a safe vehicle. Needless to say, my wife and I walked out of the building with a new Hyundai Tucson. Felix is the reason we came back to Hyundai and will be the reason we come back to Hyundai for years to come. 2018 Sonata SE recently purchased a 2018 Sonata, the sales person was good; however, I traded in my 2016 Sonata and I am not pleased with the removal of Satellite r recently purchased a 2018 Sonata, the sales person was good; however, I traded in my 2016 Sonata and I am not pleased with the removal of Satellite radio from the 2018 SE, I am also not pleased with only being able to use the vocal assistant when using apple/android car play in the 2018 SE. I traded in a vehicle that had these options, which were standard at the time. Had I known that the SEL had these options, I would have pursued same, rather than trading in a vehicle that the options I used on a daily basis for a new vehicle that does not. While the standard lane assist feature is a nice one, I personally used my voice assistant and satellite radio in my prior Sonata regularly and am not happy that it is no longer a standard option. Something that was not explained to me until after I had already signed for the vehicle and was leaving the lot. My salesperson did advise me that I could stream satellite radio through my phone; however, to me that is a compromise and uses data, which ultimately costs me more money. I would have preferred to been aware of that prior to me signing for the vehicle as I would have preferred to be in a SEL trim level rather than a SE. In case anybody else is looking into the 2018 SE and is trading in a car with satellite radio and a voice assistant, may want to consider upgrading the the SEL, I know I would have. I spend a lot of money at Hyundai as I bring both of my vehicles in for service. I am beginning to wonder if in the future Hyundai will continue to get my business for a new vehicle as I can get satellite radio and vocal assistant standard in most other vehicle brands. for me, those things are very important as I spend a lot of time in my car.
