Detail The detail shop does an awesome job at afair price. However the scheduling is awful. I made an appointment for a detail. Perfect I will wait. I get there early and they tell me it takes four hours to do the detail do I want to wait. Dissappointed I said alright. After 1 hr and 45 minutes I decide to walk around and check on the progress. To my amazement thay uad not yet started. I waited in line to talk to the service person and she said she would check. She comes back and tells me no excuse but they are busy. She had three guys starting it now. It will be done in an hour and a half. The car was finished in one hour and thirty minutes. It was awesome. She gave me a free oild change card for my trouble. My time is worth more than an oil change but I must say the car looked great. Expect to sit and wait and wait. More

Excellent I just purchased my tenth car from this dealership since 2008. I was a bit apprehensive going in since I was talked into leasing the car I was current I just purchased my tenth car from this dealership since 2008. I was a bit apprehensive going in since I was talked into leasing the car I was currently driving and thought I would take a beating on the overages. Armondo was the sales person and the sales manager got involved. I was clear that I did not want to lease again and was nervous about the penalties. When it was all said and done I left in a new car and they did not penalize me for the extra miles on the lease. I will definitely return when it is time for a other new car. More

Bad deal I was sold a 2013 sonata two years ago with an after market part that is bad. Why would you sell me a certified preowned car with a bad..i believe a tye rod...that would make the warranty void?!. I was told by your salesman, ketch, it was wrecked but not bad enough to worry about it. The car also had chopped tires, which you changed but now it's chopping this set too!! I will never buy another car from hyundai new port richey again. My hyundai fixed it for me no charge. Technically, they should bill you for it cause that should have been replaced b4 you sold me that car!!!!!! More
