Customer service Bought a certified Elantra GT 2.5. weeks ago. It was missing a key fob, took almost 2 weeks to receive one. Needed head lights replaced due to water in the glass. Took about 4 days to order and install, ok. One tire was a different brand than the other three but we decided to let that go. However we showed the clear coat coming off the spoiler over the rear window which we didn't notice before buying the car since it was raining the entire time we were shopping at Hyundai. I have been to the service department 4 times, twice spending several hours. Each time I was told to expect a phone call regarding my paint. I have still received NO call. I paid cash for this car and I expect to have my clear coat fixed. Improved customer communication is a must at this service dept. More
