Sales Scam Artists & Service Nightmare! Bought used car in 2017, Hyundai Accent, inspected car and no dents. They drive car and park it, I take home and get out of car I see dent in rear of Bought used car in 2017, Hyundai Accent, inspected car and no dents. They drive car and park it, I take home and get out of car I see dent in rear of car and I end up paying for cost to repair it because they will not admit to their service attendant causing dent in car. Also, the financial associate did not file paperwork with DMV until a couple of days before my temporary tag was to expire so I was driving around for 5 days with an expired license plate. The dealership refused to issue me a new temporary tag and tried to blame it on DMV's processing time. Subsequently, I went down to DMV and verified paperwork from dealership was not received until just 2 business days before my tag was to expire. Liar, Liar, Pants on Fire! Shame on you Lying to my face Finance person. I confronted them and they threatened to call Sheriff's Dept. because I was upset I could be ticketed for driving with illegally expired plate. Evidently, they did not call because they knew how ridiculous they would look to Sheriff's Deputy explaining why they refused to give me a new plate. Don't know about anybody else but I have bought many cars and usually get my new license plate within 2 weeks, not 35 days! Next, they supposedly give you 3 free oil changes. I make an appointment for 9:30 am and take it in and I was told they had no available appointment at that time so why did they schedule me for that time make me drive 30 minutes to the dealership? I schedule another appointment for 6:30 pm and drive 30 minutes after picking up my 4 year old daughter from daycare. I arrive and there are 5 people standing around doing nothing and are unable to take my car for a simple oil change, only 1 person is allowed to take my car and she is involved in some accounting dispute with another customer...I wait and wait and wait some more and findly 30 minutes have gone by and appears this dispute is not going to have an immediate end and my daughter is getting hungry. I once again ask the employees standing around doing nothing if they can take my car and have the other lady do paper work later and told no, finally I leave. Anybody at this Dealership hear of Cross-training duties to help out. Simply Untrained & Lazy Staff! So I have given up now and let my wife do the 3rd attempt at a simple oil change. She is finally successful in getting the oil change done but did have to wait 2 hours with my daughter. Don't know about anybody else but this sounds like a Nightmare to me for a very simple oil change. Stupid me, thinking well maybe this was just a problem with the Used Car Dept. so I decided to purchase a new car in 2018, a Hyundai Elantra. The Salesman talk so much you could not get a question in focusing on all the features he wanted to talk about, surprised to find out after I purchased car that no CD player in car, very nice that this was not disclosed while salesman draws your attention to numerous other issues since they probably already know this would be a deal breaker, even the Sales Manager admitted to me that other customers were upset after finding this out. He assured me they will use this as a training situation for their salesmen but this does not help me out, Why did they not use as training tool when it happened to prior customers? Hmmm, I wonder if just saying that. Also, I received the car uncleaned with some kind of white grease on the rear passenger seat that had to be cleaned and a day later I noticed on the inside of the same rear passenger door which had not been opened had a dent and some paint scraped off which they did agree to fix and told me it would take 1 day. I drive in after 1 day to pick up my car and told no you can not have my car yet. Evidently, it either takes longer to fix a 1 inch scrape of paint and dent or they did it late in the day and it was not ready. Oh, I got my car back after 3 days, go figure. By the way, I tried to drop off my car on a Sunday which was convenient for me but was told we can only give you a rental car for 1 day because it is a 1 day job. I guess it does matter they sold me a damaged car, it would be unheard of that they go the extra mile to provide convenience for their customer by taking the car on Sunday instead of making tough arrangements for my wife and I to drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction when we both work and have to take our daughter to daycare. Oh well, picked up the car 3 days later and the car is fine except for mud splashed all over the left passenger side of the car. The lady said sorry, they must have hit a mud puddle driving it back to the lot. I simply responded, I didn't really expect this dealership to deliver the car to me clean! You be the judge of these experiences, Good Dealership or Nightmare Dealership? I think you know my answer! More

Salesperson made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We were greeted at the door by a friendly and no-pressure salesperson who listened to why we were there and what we were looking for. He asked us some interesting questions that made us think about our car buying experience. Our sales person was willing to work with us to help us find the best deal for our budget and our needs. We came away with a better vehicle than what we were looking for, and at a better price than we expected. Our salesperson helped this old "baby-boomer" come into the 21st Century helping me to use the latest electronic devices without feeling threatened by progress. We appreciated the follow-up phone call a couple of days after the sale. More

The transaction was smooth and we did not feel pressured. We mentioned when we arrived that we wanted to just look at some cars on the lot and we'd let someone know when we were ready to ask questions. Gay honored the request and after a bit was engaged with her. We never felt pressured, she answered all our question with simple direct answers. She explained the options and upgrades with out sounding like we needed everything available. When I told her we were going to look at one other (Kia) and would then decide she simply reinforced the benefits of the Hyundai and said she was available for anymore questions. We felt much more comfortable with Gay versus the Kia rep. and felt Hyundai offered a better value., The closing smoothly and the finance gentleman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The whole experience was comfortable and without stress. More
