Wish I had done this sooner!! I have always been a bit intimidated to buy a “New” vehicle vs. “Used” vehicles- however, this Dealership really understands how to do business! Harry I have always been a bit intimidated to buy a “New” vehicle vs. “Used” vehicles- however, this Dealership really understands how to do business! Harry was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and worked to make the deal happen. All of the benefits that come with being a New Hyundai Owner far outweigh buying the vehicle used!! I loved my old Hyundai Accent but now adore my Brand New 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL. I recommend everyone to do business here- Specifically with Harry Hahn! More
They never do what they say I have had my car serviced 3 times since I bought it. at the 2nd servicing I was told that they were going o rotate the tires, After I left I was was I have had my car serviced 3 times since I bought it. at the 2nd servicing I was told that they were going o rotate the tires, After I left I was washing the car and realized that they never rotated the tires, only because I had put a scratch on one of the rims and it was still in the same position. When I called to let them know the customer service person said I should have said something before I left because I should have checked and there was nothing she could do. When I went back for a third oil change I advised Lilly about what happen happened and she said that it would be taken care of this time. When I was given the keys I was told that she had asked the mechanic and he said that he had rotated the tires. So Before I left I decided to check and low and behold my tires were not rotated so I went back in and let Lilly know and she took my keys and had them rotate the tires for which I had to wait additional time. Not happy with the service department and I no longer trust Hyundai of New port Richey and will not return for service nor buyt my next car. This review will probably go no where nor any action taken becuase they just don't care. More
