terrible Have been having trouble with allignment for years. kept being told was within specs. pulled hard to the right. Took to another mechanic and was out of alignment. Drives beautifully now. Also was told by other mechanic that the adjustment nuts had not been touched from the night before at hyundai! Dust/dirt still on nuts! More than happy to receive my addition cost to have aligned. Hyundai reached at to me immediately and promised a reimbursement check for the addition alignment. Pleased with final result. More

False Advertising I had a coupon for $33.87 “Summer Savings Service Package” that was to include oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, wash & vac. I made the app I had a coupon for $33.87 “Summer Savings Service Package” that was to include oil change, tire rotation, alignment check, wash & vac. I made the appointment online using the schedule now feature for this coupon so your system should have reflected that the appointment was for those services on that coupon. I sent my 16 year old daughter in to get the service and she called me because she didn’t understand what the check in woman was telling her, when I called in the woman informed me that my car was about to go in for a $120 service that I did NOT request!!. At first she said she couldn’t see the coupon in the system then she said “oh actually it was the summer savings right? I do see that in here” So she was trying to send my car in for $120 service when it clearly showed I made the appointment for the summer savings oil change only. Seems like it was an opportunity to try to make an easy up sell due to it being my 16 year old in there and not an adult.... To top that off, My car was serviced and when it got home to me the vacuume that was supposed to be included wasn’t done and My daughter was charged $49 instead of the $33.87 stated on the coupon and as talked about during my previously mentioned phone conversation with Mary. Makes me wonder if the oil change was even done?? I sent an email Back to the person that sent me the future service suggestions that had been working with my daughter advising her of my dissatisfaction, and not suprisingly, I did not receive any response from her. I will not be coming to Hyundai NPR for my future service or car buying needs due to this experience. More

Car dealers generally don't make the process hassle-free. Usually, its a long process of finding the proper automobile, with the options customers want and negotiating is grindingly painful. Refreshingly, the experience I recently had with Hyundai of New Port Richey was totally out of this world. The moment I called, I spoke with a sale professional who I politely asked park the vehicle I was looking at in front of the store pending my arrival. When I arrived, I was greeted by yet another professional sales representative who introduced me to Rob Hamm. As I observed the sales floor, everyone had a smile on their faces, everyone worked well together, and everyone was involved in helping customers who were shopping for cars. I briefly notice what seems to be the owner of the dealership Scott Fink. In short, I was introduced to Mr. Fink who was charismatic and polite to his entire sales staff. Negotiation took 20-25 minutes and I was shortly out in my new car. HASSLE FREE. Big thanks to the entire staff. More
