Usual Hyundai Service Unfortunately the service was once again poor. Standard practice for this facility. Hasn't changed since I bought my car from there in 2012. Moving the call center for service off site was a HUGE mistake. As usual no messages are given. Then a service rep with a snarky tone & attitude to match didn't help. This is why I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. - update - the assistant service manager has responded and has noted that they will address the issue and work on fixing the communication break down problems at the facility. Hoping for an improvement. Thank you JV More

They rock at hyundai npr! I went to service center because my tail light was out and I had a weird light on my Dash. They were very fast to service my car all of the staff is v I went to service center because my tail light was out and I had a weird light on my Dash. The waiting room is packed with goodies like coffee water popcorn and when I took the car and they had freshly baked cookies. Overall it took an hour and half but my car came back perfect and no more light issues. I would recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey to anybody looking for a new car. More
