A great experience At first my wife didn't want to deal with new port richey Hyundai for are experience was not the greatest. On two different occasions we felt pressure At first my wife didn't want to deal with new port richey Hyundai for are experience was not the greatest. On two different occasions we felt pressured and over whelmed with smooth talking sales person's that turned my wife and I off. She went to Fitzgerald Hyundai and had a much better time and got a better price, friendly sale persons. She purchased a sonata which was totaled by a drunk driver and she was ok with a few bruises. She needed a car again and wanted to go back to the place that gave her the best deal Fitzgerald. We then purchased a elantra sport that she has now and loves. I drove it and liked the way it drove plus the fuel mileage was great seeing that I had a 2014 Tundra 1794 series. I found a elantra sport in electrical blue at new port richey Hyundai and she didn't want to deal with them and I said let's try one more time. I'm glad we did that's when we met Levi Brown who was non pressuring and very professional. My wife and I changed are mind's about the dealership as Mr. Brown gave me what I wanted on my tundra and the price of the turbo elantra. My wife and I would like to personally thank Levi Brown for a great car buying experience. May the force be with you my Jeti. More
Engine light Brought car in for engine light. It reportedly just needed codes to be reset, Which reportedly was done at the dealership. Unfortunately the light cam Brought car in for engine light. I called the dealership to make them aware and made an appointment for that day. Unfortunately due to poor weather circumstances and the fact that I would be driving two hours to get there I was not able to make the appointment. Engine light remains on and there has been no follow up from the dealership. More
