Bill’s Experience I had my car in for oil change and they did a tire balance, happy with this. I was told that my battery failed. I did not have it changed. I took my c I had my car in for oil change and they did a tire balance, happy with this. I was told that my battery failed. I did not have it changed. I took my car to a mechanic that I know. He checked the battery, starter and alternator all were good. I question why did your test come back as a failure. Not happy with this part of service. More
