I was in the market for a used car with low mileage. After reading several articles about the best used SUV’s, I decided on Hyundai and searched the dealerships website. The website was easy to use and comprehensive and I liked the fact that I could view the Carfax for each vehicle and also filter my search easily for price, mileage, color, or pretty much anything. I made an appointment to test drive a particular Tucson. When I showed up for my appointment the salesman - Howard Zeitlin, was ready and waiting for me, which I thought sent a message that they respected my time. The vehicle was as described online - the dealer description was honest and accurate and I decided to buy the car. I felt we had good ‘give and take’ during negotiations: Howard Z was low pressure and willing to make some accommodations to ensure I was happy with the deal. I feel like I got a great car at a great price and would recommend the salesman (Howard Zeitlin) and the dealership to friends More
I called at 830 am to request service. By 2 pm no call back. So I called again ,asked for service manager. They said OPhe would return my call. Almost 6pm and no one has returned my call. False Advertising Went to take advantage of their advertised flash-sale, after reaching out on the post, speaking to an agent online through their site, and as well an Went to take advantage of their advertised flash-sale, after reaching out on the post, speaking to an agent online through their site, and as well an individual on the phone about using this sale for a used vehicle and confirmed there was no issues, my appointment was set. Low and behold, I pull up today after driving to the dealership and was greeted by a salesman who gathered my information and referred to I can only assume a manager at the Used Care location. He came back minutes later and informed that the deal was not eligible for used cars, much to the contradiction of everyone prior. The salesman, then was kind enough to mention that the primary dealership is 'cutting massive deals left and right' and mentioned to go to the primary dealership and speak with a 'good friend of his' who he wrote the name of.... On a $100 referral card. I quickly high-tailed back home and am now writing this review to beware of false advertising and a dealership that will waste your time. More

The price was not as agreed on phone ( slightly over but i was expected to absorb this cost - not the seller.). Although certified , the car is missing some items that come with my model and dealership is unwilling to resolve or make any effort to make situation right (minor item to address to make happy customer). . I would not do business with this company or recommend them. I rarely write negative reviews but felt obligated this time. thx More
