She listened, put me in a car with a better trim option than I was expecting, and for the payment I wanted. She always listens to what you want, and always delivers. I would highly recommend Jeena and Hyundai of NPR. More

Used to have absolutely top notch customer service, but those days are gone. I drove across the state to buy my THIRD car from them. Robert Hamm was my salesman each time. He was always on top of his game those days are gone. I drove across the state to buy my THIRD car from them. Robert Hamm was my salesman each time. He was always on top of his game. I came to look at a specific new Elantra. When I got there it was out front and ready to go. I was initially thrilled with the car, but realized that it had a missing cover for the fuse box. Robert put us in the car and drove around the lot, eventually robbing the missing piece from another car. In all of this, I didn't check things too closely, after all, this was my third purchase from them and the prior ones were so perfect. When I got home, I realized that I didn't have an owners manual or floor mats. I tried texting Robert and he told me that he would mail them to me. They never came, and I tried again with no response what so ever. I spoke to a manager, who assured me that it would be sent ( the manual). It never came. I tried again when I got a call from customer service asking about my experience. Again I got an empty promise. Now 3 years later I got a call from a lady named Tammy telling me about the great sales they have going on now. I told her all about the owners manual and floor mats. Again, I was promised satisfaction. She expressed how important customer service is to the dealership. She texted and called me a few times over the next week. Then she totally ghosted me. After some time I texted her back, with a little attitude stating that this is the 4th time this has happened and that I guess customer service isn't a thing there now. She responded that I can get it online and told me to have a good day. So long Hyundai of NPR... Guess my 4th Hyundai will come from another dealer. More

On 2-12-2020 I went to help my stepdaughter buy a new car, we stopped by Hyundai of new port richey. We were helped by Felix Nieves, he was cocky but helpful until we got in a car with him. While we were looking for a certain color car around the lot, Felix put the car in reverse and hit the gas bragging about the rear view camera and all it’s safety features, then BAM he slammed into a light pole. He never asked if we were ok and never told anyone about the accident. The next day I was in so much pain and had to go to the ER. Now I have a torn disk in my lower back and they want me to get cortisone shots, but I refused because of all the complications that can happen with said shots. Now they think my injuries are not sufficient. This place is not safe to shop at, not family friendly and they don’t care about their customers. Please go elsewhere to buy a car. This review will be posted on google, Facebook, and filed with the Better Business Bureau. More
I came in on 12/28/20 as a 3-time repeat customer at NPR Hyundai. My husband and I came by despite my reservations based on our 2018 purchase. The deals on the internet were enticing and we had seven calls in the last month promising to put us in “a better vehicle at a better payment.” Dillon and Andrew first dealt with us in a professional and respectful manner and valued our time. We came in after extensive research and we wanted to see if the deals on the internet were true. Once negotiations began, Dillon and Andrew were no longer involved. We had to deal with Amos the Promotions Manager (who is not listed anywhere on the NPR meet our staff page). We had dealt with him before and gave him an opportunity to give us his best price. Typically, we do not waste our time. I informed him we do not need a car and we were there to see if what we were told on the phone was true about getting a better vehicle for less than what we pay now. Amos contradicted me by saying I was wrong because “No one in here NEEDS a car.” He was very condescending and tried to dictate my needs. This is not the first time we were talked down to at NPR Hyundai. During our last purchase, the Finance manager was very rude and questioned my ability to pay for a car despite a stellar credit rating. Obviously, Amos was wrong because I did not NEED a vehicle. When negotiating our trade, Amos continuously told us not to think of the trade and take it out of the equation. We have equity in our trade and Dillon (who was evaluating our trade) told us that our car was “Clean and in very good condition (which is a NADA term).” Despite telling us not to worry about the trade, Amos and the Floor manager kept telling us our trade was the reason we could not reach an agreement. Furthermore, Amos said the people calling on NPR Hyundai behalf are “just trying to get people in the door.” My husband (who was a former loan officer and a former salesman) found it extremely odd that any salesperson would be as condescending and admit to using misleading practices just to draw people in. The last 3 vehicles I purchased at NPR Hyundai, we were almost on the mark with the salespeople. As a repeat customer, NPR Hyundai’s job is to keep my business and they failed completely. Since we dealt with Amos on all our purchases, he should know that we normally do not allow a salesperson to leave 2 times or more. Amos failed the first 2 tries and when I asked is “this your very best price”, he left again for a third time. I have purchased 5 Hyundai’s in my lifetime, and I feel this is my last from this experience. More

My wife and I bought a Palisade there this week. It was my best dealership experience ever. Our Salesman was Moji and he was polite, helpful and not the horrible pressure you get at other dealerships. We my best dealership experience ever. Our Salesman was Moji and he was polite, helpful and not the horrible pressure you get at other dealerships. We had looked at a used Palisade at the Cadillac dealership and that experience was not good. We bought the brand new Palisade for slightly more than the used one. We returned Saturday to have a hitch installed and it was done on time in less that two hours. This dealership really has it together. We just put the first 500 miles on the Palisade and love the way it handles. A fantastic deal on a fantastic SUV... Peter and Yvonne More
