Took my car in for a minor rear fender repair needing paint from an accident. One week after i got the car back the paint chipped. When I returned to the dealership, at first they did not want to fix it paint from an accident. One week after i got the car back the paint chipped. When I returned to the dealership, at first they did not want to fix it saying I had hit something. After they reviewed my invoice they saw that they had overcharged the insurance company and agreed to do it rather than have insurance company issues. Than it gets worse. They had my car for 5 days and when i went to pick it up the entire car was covered with overspray! Immediately the service advisor took the car to be washed but that should have never happened. The vehicle should have also not been delivered that way. He said the vehicle could not be washed due to the fresh paint. The car should have been clean prior to painting and was clean when I brought it in! There is no excuse for poor quality work and service. When painting a car it must be free of all dust and debree or the results will be horrible and the paint will peel. I was also told the car was just painted the day before pick up and was left outside. I am putting everyone on notice to NOT get your bodywork done there. I am making a formal complaint because who knows what damage this has caused to my vehicle. More

Used to have absolutely top notch customer service, but those days are gone. I drove across the state to buy my THIRD car from them. Robert Hamm was my salesman each time. I came to look at a specific new Elantra. When I got there it was out front and ready to go. I was initially thrilled with the car, but realized that it had a missing cover for the fuse box. Robert put us in the car and drove around the lot, eventually robbing the missing piece from another car. In all of this, I didn't check things too closely, after all, this was my third purchase from them and the prior ones were so perfect. When I got home, I realized that I didn't have an owners manual or floor mats. I tried texting Robert and he told me that he would mail them to me. They never came, and I tried again with no response what so ever. I spoke to a manager, who assured me that it would be sent ( the manual). It never came. I tried again when I got a call from customer service asking about my experience. Again I got an empty promise. Now 3 years later I got a call from a lady named Tammy telling me about the great sales they have going on now. I told her all about the owners manual and floor mats. Again, I was promised satisfaction. She expressed how important customer service is to the dealership. She texted and called me a few times over the next week. Then she totally ghosted me. After some time I texted her back, with a little attitude stating that this is the 4th time this has happened and that I guess customer service isn't a thing there now. She responded that I can get it online and told me to have a good day. So long Hyundai of NPR... Guess my 4th Hyundai will come from another dealer. More
