Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I called and made an appointment for an oil change, check engine light, and key fob programming. I also had to tell the service writer what I needed wh called and made an appointment for an oil change, check engine light, and key fob programming. I also had to tell the service writer what I needed when I dropped off the car as nothing I told the call attended had been waited down in my appointment record. I had to drop off my car all day take an uber from metairie to uptown twice. When I went to pick up the car they informed me they couldn't program the key fob or check the engine codes as the light had turned off. I asked about the oil change and they didn't preform one as they stated they didn't know about it.... I had to spend 600+ on a new key fob. I asked to speak with a service manager and told him how frustrated I was that they didbt do the oil change and he went to go ralk to someone for about 10 minutes to come back and tell me there was nothing they could do. They offered to come pick up my car from my work in the morning.... I will never be back and I will tell everyone I know about my experience with the dealership. I wasted 80 in uber trips and a day without my car.... unexcepable. I tried to call the general manager about my experience and left a voice mail and he has yet to return my call. More
