Service department got me in and out in a timely manner, BUT they did not check the air in my tires which I was told they would do. The four tires all had different amount of air pressure. I have problem with my vehicle..no floor mats,maintenace did not clean my car when left off the car dealer lot, front tires needed to be replace they have no rubber, windows needed to be clean it has water did not clean my car when left off the car dealer lot, front tires needed to be replace they have no rubber, windows needed to be clean it has water spot on all of the windows. I been back and forward to the car company complaining about the car. I show it to the dealer, they said that maintenace cant get the water spot out. Also had a problem with the accounting department wrote out a check for amount of thousand for my deposit. Came back two days later gave them five hundred T'was the down payment of the check. Gave Latesha the balance of the check for five hundred for the pay out of the first check that I gave them. Turn around they deposit the thousand dollar check and it was returned NSF. They was supposed to Void that check since I paid out the thousand dollar check. I ask for them to pay my NSF fee of $30.00 back to my account since it was not supposed to be deposit. Have not heard from Latesha nor the accounting department. I have been back and forward to the office with the problem, but Im very disappointed of the out come of get my car straight.
