I had an appointment for 1 pm, and my car was only taken back at 2pm and only finished after 3 pm, way too long for such a simple service as an oil change and a patch up for a tire , they didn’t even update back at 2pm and only finished after 3 pm, way too long for such a simple service as an oil change and a patch up for a tire , they didn’t even update me, as I sat there and waited! After an hour when I went to go ask they finally said , your car is about to be serviced now, what’s the point of an appointment then? More
