For the last 4 years, I have been bringing.y vehicle to another dealership for service. This is the second time I have been here and Hyundai of Metairie is the best EVER! So many service departments, deale another dealership for service. This is the second time I have been here and Hyundai of Metairie is the best EVER! So many service departments, dealerships, or technicians try to up sale you or suggest things that can wait. Hyundai of Metairie is such a 1st class deslership that you can get a quote for your service prior to arrival. I've never seen this before. Then once you arrive Hyundai service writers will ask you did you get a quote on the service that's needed? You don't get that type of service at dealerships and I know from experience. Then the work I had done took about 5 hours and it did not burn a hole in my wallet. The work was perfect and professionally done. Other places gave me a much higher quote and double the hours. You owe it to yourself to bring your Hyundai or Genesis to a dealership that service its clients with care, honesty, and integrity. The ladies that work here is so rude ! They made the process so difficult for no reason. Like it’s your fault your car need service.
