I am quite pleased with this dealership and the entire process. I was advised to go to Houma and did not even expect to buy from Hyundai of Metairie but I am so pleased that I did. The whole feel of the dealership, the casualness and ease was what drew us in. We did not feel pressure and were pleased from the sales pitch to the financing options. The best part was the warranty. The peace of mind that I have knowing I have ten years of non worry! By then I hope to be retired! I highly recommend. More

I have nothing good to say. I was there to have a new passenger exterior mirror installed and for the car yo have a 78,000 mile service. After 3 hours the service rep said the job was done, except for r passenger exterior mirror installed and for the car yo have a 78,000 mile service. After 3 hours the service rep said the job was done, except for replacing the windshield wipers which could not be replaced because the dealership had no wiper blades and there was a delay in getting them. I ent to the cashier to pay, and when I reviewed the charges noticed I had been charged for wiper blades I had not received. That required redoing the bill. After leaving the dealership I saw that the electronic control moved the passenger mirror only up and down but not left and right. I went back to the dealership and reported the problem. It seems the mechanic took only the mirror off of the parts shelf, not the actuator. After the necessary part, which I had previously paid for was installed the mirror worked. Such lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable More
