We are very satisfied with the sales and excellent service department. We live on the Westbank and previously we were Ray Brandt customers. We bought 2 new vehicles and 1 used. In 2005 we brought our service department. We live on the Westbank and previously we were Ray Brandt customers. We bought 2 new vehicles and 1 used. In 2005 we brought our first Santa Fe. We tried to do business again with Ray Brandt however they were not interested in Loyal Customer Retention. A big difference with Hyundai of Metairie. We don't mind driving to Hyundai of Metairie for service. I hope they have a better business plan with Loyal Customer Retention. More
Had an appt and it took 2.5 hours. While stretching my legs I was told my car was ready, just did not have time to print paperwork. Then I see him getting his lunch.
