They were very backed up but assured me it would only be approximately 2 hours. However my car was ready at 1130 I requested a ride. Waited an hour nothing. Have not use the service center of. Probably won’t. It’s very crowded and not good parking. I bought the new Santa Cruz, they tacked on extra fees and refused to take them off.
