The service department was kind enough to hold onto a part for us for over a month given our daughter had the car up at LSU as a freshman this year, so that was much appreciated. They also gave us a car part for us for over a month given our daughter had the car up at LSU as a freshman this year, so that was much appreciated. Poor service Lisa the service manager promised me a free fill up months ago went in for an oil change that took 3 hours!!! I mentioned my tires needed air no one out air in them no one filled my car up with fill up months ago went in for an oil change that took 3 hours!!! I mentioned my tires needed air no one out air in them no one filled my car up with gas as promised and on top of that It was pouring down raining and I was standing under the pavilion so they could pull up so I can get my car without getting wet but they passed me by and parked in the rain and left it there…..SO NOT ONLY DID A 1 hour service take almost 3 hours but tires weren’t checked no gas out in the car and had to walk in the rain to get my car when pavilion was free!!!! Got in my car called LISA SERVICE MANAGER and left a message Saturday 9/18 and lm still waiting on a call back from her, unacceptable!!! And I won’t even mention the attitude Cara had when I asked about my car…..2 words, DO BETTER because next time I’m going to corporate about this!!!!❤️ More
