I brought my car in for service and a recall and I had a 10 o’clock appointment. The shuttle brought me home and pick me back up at five that evening to retrieve my car. I love my auto service rep, Kara. She has been with the company for as long as I have had a Hyundai. The dealership has been so slammed with work I had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment & in the mean company for as long as I have had a Hyundai. The dealership has been so slammed with work I had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment & in the meantime I did have to address oil, tire & brake issues. All of which I would have preferred Hyundai to handle. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with the peeling paint on my hood and I know through research that Hyundai has recalled the paint on the 2011 & 2012 models, mine is a Sonata. I ask each time - it is very unsightly and detracts from the nice sleek look of the car. I am very satisfied with Steve the gentleman who shuttles customers from the dealership to and from their location, he has also been with the company a long time - most other faces have When I first purchased the car I was told anytime my car was kept for work I would receive a Hyundai as a replacement for the time it was kept & this has changed to an Enterprise Rental. THIS PROCEDURE or POLICY is horrible! The long warranty, the use of a car from the dealership and the ease of bringing my car in for service were reasons that made me happy to own a Hyundai. The changes will likely discourage me from another purchase. More

Set up an appointment, 7:45 am dropped my car off, only to call and they didn’t have the part, I had to call them, they didn’t call me to let me know. Had to call back in 2 weeks, after they got the part i to call and they didn’t have the part, I had to call them, they didn’t call me to let me know. Had to call back in 2 weeks, after they got the part in, and reschedule for November 6, will try again. More
