New Car Purchase Experience After being without a car for some time, i had decided to check out Hyundai of Metairie. I was told great things about their business and their custom After being without a car for some time, i had decided to check out Hyundai of Metairie. I was told great things about their business and their customer satisfaction. I looked forward to meeting the salesperson that would help me get a car. I was greeted immediately and then taken over to a salesperson. John then helped me with all my difficult questions and helped me to navigate my way around the lot. I originally looked at the new Elantra. However I openly admitted to liking the style of the Accent, I proceeded towards the Accent and liked it immediately. John was helpful and honest in telling me about how the car would fit my budget more than the Elantra. I took it for a test drive and John continued to help throughout the driving portion of my journey. He asked questions and offered advice when needed. Back at the dealership, John and I went through my credit app, which was fairly challenging. The payments that were originally set on the car were out of my budget, however John continued to work me and help lower those payments to a more affordable note. When I thought all hope was lost, I had success! John worked with me throughout this entire process of indecisive and rather nerve racking experience. John helped to make this a positive and smiling moment when success was found . I never thought I would walk out with a brand new car! not with my credit, but I did! John made it happen! He even stuck around to help me with insurance, calling place after place to get me the best quote! Thanks John for all your hard work and dedication! More

Best Service Ever!! My previous car was involved in a total loss accident so car shopping was something I hadn't planned on doing. I visited 2 other dealerships before going to Hyundai of Metairie and was completely dissatisfied with the sales reps and the inventory. Actually I had test driven an Elantra at one of the other dealerships but it didn't feel right. Anyway long story short, I went over to Hyundai of Metairie and was introduced to John and at the end of the car buying nightmare, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for!
