Worst sales around, Overpriced!! Worst prices in the area. This dealership is 3 minutes from my home, and I would love to give them my business, but I would rather drive an hour to Bi Worst prices in the area. This dealership is 3 minutes from my home, and I would love to give them my business, but I would rather drive an hour to Bill Hood Hyundai in Hammond because it is much better. I passed on a sale with Metairie a year ago on a new car, which I wanted to trade in this year and passed on offers at Metairie for a second time because I did not like the BS that was sold to my wife and me at the dealership. Saved thousands two years in a row by going to Bill Hood in Hammond. This time around Hyundai of Metairie offered me $3000 less on my trade in than I received, and the new car itself was $3500 more for the equivalent model. If you want to save money, don't shop at this dealership. They'll rip you off every chance you get. Also, saleswoman we dealt seemed like a smart aleck. She did not like it whenever I called her out on the bull she was feeding me, and had to reply back with a wise remark. My wife is now in a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Sport and loves the upgrade from our Accent. More

The sales representative put the deal together as I had on the Hyundai web site. Information on the financing and extended warranties was well presented and appreciated. My car was transported from a nearby dealership the next day and I took delivery in the morning of the day after. There will always be music. Hadn't planned on buying a new car for another year, but my used Sonata was wanted because of it's good condition and low mileage.
