I have recently purchased 3 cars from here. Two in March and one last week. The two salesmen I had were great. However, LaTasha Grey has a very nasty disposition. My husband and I noticed that on the screen in the car that the front right bumper was off and on giving an alert like something was in front of the car. He dropped me off at my office and took the car to the dealership. While there the salesman said that the service guy just needed LaTasha to say fix it. Now keep in mind that I just got this car that wasn’t on this lot. The salesman and I had to drive to Houma (1 hour) to get the car and drive back to Metairie (1 hour). On top of I waited an additional hour before we left. LaTasha is claiming that I hit something (which I did not). There is no damage. She told my husband that the cost would be $700. When all the service guy needed her to say was correct the problem. She was very hostile and now my husband is re thinking the fourth purchase we were going to make next week. She is rude and has an issue with customer care. I still haven’t received a call from the GM but a sales person by the name of Logan called me at 12:04 pm today. As of right now. DO NOT PURCHASE from them if this is the customer care experience you will receive. More

HORRIBLE! This General Sales Manager, Joey McIntosh should be fired!!! Worst business EVER!! Don’t ever buy a car here! This is the worst place ever to buy a car or SUV. The finance people are scammers. They will screw you over in a heartbeat. Don’t shop here! Too many other great places to go. Hood on car peeling and will not fix! Do not buy from this dealer! Beware! The hood on my 2013 Elantra is peeling and they and Hyundai do not want to fix it!
