Extremely happy and satisfied with the service at Hyundai of Metairie in the New Orleans LA area. I just relocated from Seattle WA a month ago. I began to have transmission issues (known factory defect) bu of Metairie in the New Orleans LA area. I just relocated from Seattle WA a month ago. I began to have transmission issues (known factory defect) but the dealers in Seattle were unable to fix the problems. The vehicle, 2016 Tucson, would shake on acceleration, which was very noticeable, and would have a 1-2 second delay in acceleration. Two dealers in Seattle checked it but nothing was done and at the end, Hyundai of Seattle refused to even take the car in for further analysis and gave me a print out that pretty much said, “we know about the clutch issue, suck it up” In July we relocated to New Orleans due to military and drove 3500 miles in about a weeks time. The issue worsen, acceleration delay for longer to the point I almost got t-boned. Made an inquiry online, corporate called, took the car to Hyundai or Metairie, got the car tested, mechanics agreed with the issue, contacted Hyundai and got the clutch replaced. After owning the car for almost 4 years the car finally drives like new. No delay, no shaking, no issues. Service was amazing, car was carefully checked and fixed and now I get to love my car again. Great service and care from the entire staff. When it is time to upgrade, I will be looking at Hyundai again! Thanks!!! More
