At check in, I specifically asked how long it would take. They said 1.5 to 2 hours. I wait until 2 hours and 15 minutes to call to get an idea of how much longer it would be. I'm a mostly patient and understanding person but that is utterly ridiculous. More

Picked up my suv .had new engine put in . Really,wow it's dirty and has sand on it. Also my fluids were supposed to be checked.i was 2 quarts low on oil. Low in coolant and washer fluid. Also I can't see back up camera now nor catchy radio stations.i ran on a curb after my engine shut down so that was supposed to be addressed, well it wasn't.the steering wheel is crooked and it pulls to right severely. How disappointing. I'm so over it. I'm supposed to bring if back today but I'm waiting for case manager to call me because I really rather go a omewhere else. Service mgrs were nice probably just overwhelmed. Inaccuracy is unacceptable!!!! More

I went in for my first complimentary maintenance on my 1 year old car which should have included an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they do not rotate the tires with the first oil change even year old car which should have included an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that they do not rotate the tires with the first oil change even though my car manual said otherwise. During this same visit, they replaced the wrong part on my car. I was told that they would order me the correct part and ship it to a dealership closer to my home which never happened. At this point, I have given up with them and will not be returning. Very upsetting since this was my first time stopping by for service. More
