I got to the dealership and Rudy greeted me and asked if there was anything he could do for me. Ultimately,I was able to trade in my dodge truck and upgrade to a newer model dodge ram which ended up being s there was anything he could do for me. Nobody working the service center counters wore a mask. Nobody in the offices I had to walk past to enter the waiting room had on a mask. I Had work done 2 mo ago, all of a sudden the exact same problem happened. 2 people work at the service desk, a man and a woman. The woman is always nice, the guy needs to work on his terrible attitude. An problem happened. 2 people work at the service desk, a man and a woman. Any dealership that has a customer return with a recurring problem should have addressed the issue immediately, instead the man told me it would be 4 days before they could look at my car. Leaving the dealership I had to immediately return, the noise from the car sounded dangerous. The next day my car was returned to me, what happened to the 4 day wait? The dealerships answer as to what was wrong was a bearing that was part of a recall. Hmm, I don't recall receiving a recall notice and if so why was this not done when the other work was done? I personally believe they either halfa'd the work that I paid $1300 for. I was obviously not charged for the "recall" service. If you had asked me before I would have given this dealership a 5*, not now. I hope to never step foot into Hyundai of Metairie ever again! More
