The most "comfortable" car buying experience I've ever had. My sales consultant was Tom Briese who was very patient answering questions with no pressure to buy. He seemed very sincere in trying to help me with my purchase. I had occasion to meet Milton Aus, the store manager, who was covering for Tom who was equally as patient and helpful. It was my first experience with the "Best Price" marketing philosophy and although skeptical in the beginning, I am now a believer. The buyer has to remember that the Best Price is before buyer incentives such as "Cash Back," "Veterans," etc. I would suspect these change weekly or at least monthly but add significantly to lower the cost of the car. Chad Tabbert handled the paperwork and patiently explained each document and charge. Over all, I'm pleased with the Hyundai Sonata and the sales experience. More
