My car was towed to the service department on a Saturday because it just cut off in the middle of driving. On Monday I called to see if they had serviced it to find out what was wrong, and they said that it because it just cut off in the middle of driving. On Monday I called to see if they had serviced it to find out what was wrong, and they said that it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they even looked at it. I then had it picked up and towed to another mechanic that said my motor had locked up that there was no oil in it. I had not long had an oil change so why do I not have oil and there were no leaks. I have routine maintenance on my vehicle and could not understand why there was no oil in it and why I did not get warning signs of low oil pressure, and wondering if they had done something on my last visit to have the ignition switch replaced which took 7 weeks to get my car back. Now I can't get them to even answer the phone. DO NO...I repeat DO NOT...Take you car to this place. I am seeking options in this matter. More
Came in to Louisville for the weekend and the first night we ended up with a flat tire on our new Palisade. I called the dealership first thing in the morning and spoke to Jason in Parts who located a replac we ended up with a flat tire on our new Palisade. Dustin was my service advisor and he got me back on the road in no time. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and quicker service than what I received from Dustin. They were extremely professional, thoughtful, attentive, and open minded to creating a positive solution. Instead of leaving upset, I left with a smile on my face knowing that we had created a good relationship and I will highly recommend Jessica as service writer and John as service manager for any of my customers Hyundai vehicles. Service Department They put my engine coolant sensor connector on with a zip tie,& replaced my camshaft position sensor,total cost $428.00,now my car is throwing oil all They put my engine coolant sensor connector on with a zip tie,& replaced my camshaft position sensor,total cost $428.00,now my car is throwing oil all over the place,found out my oil sending unit was loose,my car never leaked oil before they worked on my car....worst mechanics ever.. I should have went to a backyard mechanic,least I could watch what they did, don't deal with these people !!!!!! More
Never again I have bought three hyundais. Started off buying one in Florida and loved it, upgraded the next year. When I traded it in for an upgrade at Hyundai of I have bought three hyundais. Started off buying one in Florida and loved it, upgraded the next year. When I traded it in for an upgrade at Hyundai of Louisville I was very excited because I love my car and I had never had any problems with hyundais or Hyundai stores. Bought it brand new off the showroom floor and have never had it serviced anywhere else. So far, this year, I have had two "nails" in my tire, needed a tire plugged and replaced, something loose in my engine after two oil changes, and have spent hours in the service station -- all after going in for routine oil changes and rotations. Today, I came home after I paid $25 to get my tire plugged and literally three hours later it is flat to the ground. Turns out they plugged the tire incorrectly. The last time I was in the service station, I waited for 45 minutes to get an oil change, supposedly because they were really busy, but when I walked around to the service station, three of the guys weren't working -- they were talking and cutting up -- and then when they saw me they all scattered and one came up and asked why I was in there. He told me they were slammed. With only two other cars in the station? So I waited 20 more minutes. Walked back again. They were talking, leaning on my car this time. I was at that oil change appointment for almost two hours before I left, and when I spoke to the manager he simply took up for his employees and did nothing to help. When I left, something in my car was rattling, came back and they wanted me to pay for it. The only reason I have kept going back is because when I traded my last car in to them they tried to say it was in "okay" condition. My car was a year old, didn't have a scratch or dent or stain or rip or anything, and had very few miles for a year-used car. I proceeded to tell them that if something was wrong, it was their fault because it hasn't been serviced anywhere else, and all of the sudden it is worth way more money on a trade in. This was very deceitful and kind of a slap-in-the-face situation because they knew I had never missed an oil change or service since I had the car because they had it all on paper. When I left the lot I told my fiancé we shouldn't have bought another car from them -- I was right. I will never recommend them to anyone. They have ruined my image of Hyundai and I can not stress enough how disheartened I am that someone who claims to be a professional business would do these things to any customer, let alone one who has been as loyal as I have been for the past four years. I am selecting every employee in the service department for my review because honestly I'm sure they have dealt with me at some point and yet have I to be satisfied with my visit. More
The service to my car was good and everything is running fine but when I was greeted by the service writer John he reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a really strong smell and while I was waiting he stepped fine but when I was greeted by the service writer John he reeked of cigarette smoke. Had a great time with Dave and the service department. I went in for regular oil change and they inspected my car and suggested a belt be replaced because if was worn. I and a service light on and they took went in for regular oil change and they inspected my car and suggested a belt be replaced because if was worn.
