WORST DEALERSHIP 'PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ....... I DON'T HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE' Never ever consider this dealership at all. There is no 'PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ....... I DON'T HAVE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THESE TERRIBLE PEOPLE' Never ever consider this dealership at all. There is no option to choose zero stars. This is my 4th car and this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I drove 200 miles to this dealership believing their words. I bought a 2017 new ELANTRA LIMITED. My review is not at all about the money, it's about how the dealership does the deal. They don't even think to lie to your face and steal your money. These are the people I dealt with: 1. Sales person- RYAN BTW, he is the #1 sales person in the dealership, they even displayed a big picture at the entrance. I made a deal, this guy and he spoke with the sales manager and said they accepted that and ran a credit check without prior notification and when I am doing the paper work I caught them lying to my face. I don't know how these people to business like this. He didn't even have the courtesy to explain why he did that. 2. Sales manager- VICTOR. This guy is even more terrible person. 'We will say whatever we want to make a customer to stop by our dealership, even non-sense', these are his exact words. I think anyone can get his attitude from these words. They mis-treated from the beginning and trying to sell me an option what I don't want. He is a master in deceiving a person. Finally after a long negotiation I bought the car. And I am not completely happy about it because of their behavior. I ended up in a situation where I just want to get out of the dealership with whatever xxxxxxxxx they are talking about. And the worst part is yet to come. I was the last customer for the day. At the end after taking the a brand new car, they didn't even pre-check properly and gave me a car with a dead battery. I drove into the parking lot and got down to take a look at my car once again before leaving the dealership. They just shut their doors and left very quickly. The car didn't start. I ended up staying in the cold for more than an hour and half in the parking lot. They offered me a compensation of a full tank gas for that. I don't even know how to react to this. More
