Got my new car! Went to this dealership with low expectations and no hope of getting a car. Left with a brand new car, the same day, even with my credit issues. Staff Went to this dealership with low expectations and no hope of getting a car. Left with a brand new car, the same day, even with my credit issues. Good finance manager, poor knowledge and responsibility of salesperson The salesperson failed to explain the features of the vehicle I purchased and told me that my car would have CarPlay but it did not. He also did not c The salesperson failed to explain the features of the vehicle I purchased and told me that my car would have CarPlay but it did not. He also did not contact me, when advised by his finance manager and also when I personally came to the dealership to ask why the CarPlay was not working in my vehicle, not knowing that the model I bought did not actually have it. I liked working with Lisa, the finance manager (I think) because she was knowledgeable about the services and responsive to my needs. However, I still don't have information on how to make the monthly payments on the car loan. Previously, another dealership sent me a payment book with detailed information on how to make monthly payments with the bank that gave me the loan on the same day I purchased a previous vehicle (Hyundai McGrath). I am disappointed that I did not get the feature I was promised (CarPlay, but it is probably not necessary in the long term. I just wish the salesperson knew that the vehicle I bought didnt have it) and that I still don't know how to make payments on this car, as I have not gotten anything in the mail. More
