He called over Nineveh who, also with a smile, thanked us for coming in. Nineveh grabbed the 2011 Sonata for a test drive and handed over the keys. We loved the car. The trade in process was easy and no hassle. It was time for paperwork and I needed to run out to walk the dog. Because my bro-in-law needed to sign all the paperwork and he was my ride, I needed a loaner. No problem. They loaned me a car to drive to the city. Just outstanding friendly service. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them 100%. More

I wanted to get a new Hyundai Sonata because I had been using one as a rental while my 2010 Buick LaCrosse, purchased from another dealer, was again in the shop. The original dealer, also a Hyundai dealer using one as a rental while my 2010 Buick LaCrosse, purchased from another dealer, was again in the shop. The original dealer, also a Hyundai dealer, kept trying to talk me into keeping the Buick or in burying another GM product from them. Grossinger Hyundai was the only dealer that bothered to answer my internet inquiry about getting a new Hyundai. So, I drove the 25 miles to see them. I was greeted when I entered the store; didn't have to wait around. The sales person was affable and pleasant. She exchanged proper pleasantries and then got down to business. She listened to what I wanted. Had my LaCrosse appraised. SHowed me a nice selection of possible Sonatas to purchase. Worked about a ve4ry favorable deal...no haggling needed and completed the purchase in less than two hours. All the other Grosinger personnel involved were also ready to do their part.. no boring waiting. Great deal....great car.....great service....definitely the place to go to get what you are looking for. I have dealt with Grossinger in the past with similar results.
