customer service sucks when you first drive in. I called about a new 2012 Sonata they had advertised and talked to Dana who made an appointment for me with LeShawn. I asked how many they had at this price and was told they had at least 5 at the same MSRP. I offered to give a debit card to hold a vehicle (any color) but was told that was not necessary. This was at 4pm.I drove 60 miles (one way)only to find out that there was only one car at that price and they "couldnt even come close" on the price of any others with the same MSRP. Upon leaving, I also had the ad for the new 2012 Kia Optima LX (the Kia dealer is across the street) so I called and once again spoke with Dana. I didnt tell her who I was I just said I was inquiring about the Kia that was advertised. She explained about the car, even stating that it was Red and confirmed stock number. She asked me if I'd like to make an appointment to test drive it and I asked her if the car was still available and she said "Yes it is here on our lot" I told her great, I was across the street at the Hyundai dealer and would be there in 2 minutes. Well there was no car there, it was supposedly sold early that morning. I asked to see a manager and waited 20 minutes, then was told he was on a test drive. What GM of a car dealer goes on test drives ?????? I was furious and left. I went to Family Hyundai in Tinley Park, who gave me a great deal and were very nice. I will be contacting Hyundai USA on Tuesday to formally lodge a complaint as well as the BBB. This, in my opinion, is "Bait and Switch" which I believe is illegal, and will do everything in my power to keep other would be buyers from getting scammed. More

Avoid this place at all cost! They will not call you back, apparently they do not need business. I was passed around to about 20 sales people over the phone and when I arrived I dealt with a completely back, apparently they do not need business. Nick was GREAT to work with! I highly recommend going to him and this dealership. He was no pressure and actually told me there were options (e.g. extended warranty) that he wouldn't sell me because he sim him and this dealership. In a word, outstanding. Anthony, the manager, is a true professional. Our salesperson, Nineveh, also fantastic. Basically, here's how everything went down. I did most of the negotiating for my brother in law before I entered the dealership. Upon entering the dealership, Anthony greeted us with a big smile and was genuinely happy to see me. He called over Nineveh who, also with a smile, thanked us for coming in. Nineveh grabbed the 2011 Sonata for a test drive and handed over the keys. We loved the car. The trade in process was easy and no hassle. It was time for paperwork and I needed to run out to walk the dog. Because my bro-in-law needed to sign all the paperwork and he was my ride, I needed a loaner. No problem. They loaned me a car to drive to the city. Just outstanding friendly service. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them 100%. More
