Peter Denbroeder is the Sales Manager. He sent me various emails with a quote for a new car for a certain price. We spoke to him via the telephone to confirm that his quote was on a new hyundai and various emails with a quote for a new car for a certain price. When we arrived at the dealership, he stated that he could give us a USED CAR for his quoted price price. He CLAIMED he never said the car was new, even though we had his email. He stated he was talking about a car in their ad. We had neither seen nor discussed an ad for the car in question. He then stated that he could sell us the car for $3,500 more than the price he had quoted in his email, and verbally confirmed 45 minutes before we arrived at the dealership. Needless to say, I was frustrated to have rode up north only to be met by a bold-faced liar. We went to McGrath Hyundai and got an excellent, honest deal. More
