He welcomed us, got us all hot chocolates, we sat down and got comfortable before we knew it we were almost done buying a car. Our fear about buying a car is the harassment, pressure and confusion you get but this experience was different and made all three of us forget why we were so worried before entering the dealership it went really smooth and we all really wanted to say Thank you Jimmy Jung for the test drive, great advice, hot chocolates, and the overall best experience we had buying a car!! Overall very pleasant expereince. Salesman got to us very quickly. We knew what we were looking for, he got the keys in a timely manager and took us to the annex lot. On the way home I got a call from the salesman with a lower price that I could live with. Got the price in writing and signed documents as required. Waited about 30 minutes for finance to become available. (Somewhat understandable on New Years Eve, not a huge deal.) Finance person was quick and professional. Overall very please with the vehicle.
