Overall very pleasant expereince. Salesman got to us very quickly. We knew what we were looking for, he got the keys in a timely manager and took us to the annex lot. We test drove two different vehicles and he answered all of our questions. I could not get "my" price originally, after speaking with sales manager. On the way home I got a call from the salesman with a lower price that I could live with. Got the price in writing and signed documents as required. Waited about 30 minutes for finance to become available. (Somewhat understandable on New Years Eve, not a huge deal.) Finance person was quick and professional. Overall very please with the vehicle.
