Liars and cheats ... Brought in my 2011 Hyundai Genesis coupe for oil consumption issues. Was told everything looked fine. I asked about any options that could look mo ... Brought in my 2011 Hyundai Genesis coupe for oil consumption issues. Was told everything looked fine. I asked about any options that could look more in depth because something was obviously wrong. I went through 5quarts in 2000mi. I was told by service manager Larry that there was nothing to do because I have not had 7-8 oil changes. My car is at 35000 miles. The manual says oil change every 7500. I get it done every 3000. You can do the math. After battling with him for 2 hours I finally got him to contact Hyundai motors (Larry, isn't that supposed to be step one?) they said to do an oil consumption test. The required paperwork that Hyundai motors of America says is supposed to be complied with was never started!! Later, about 800 miles into the consumption test I checked the oil and it was 1qt low and dirty! I called, took it in, 5 hours later get a call and am told that the oil was not low, that it was in fact full! Now how can that be? I told them not to move the vehicle so I could check it myself. What did they do? Move it... I immediately took it to Green Family dealer in Molin, IL and immediately they found a bad PCV valve. (Did Grossinger even look!?). When I asked to speak to the manager, Kenny Goodwin, I was ignored for days. Finally receiving a call from none other than Larry again... Only to be told that my concerns were accusations and that there would be no help. I have yet to be contacted by Mr. Goodwin. And refuse to speak with Larry. I'm tired of all the lies. I advise you, if you want xxxxty quality and poor customer service go to Grossinger. Shady shady people... More
