Sufficient Happy with my purchase, even if I didn't get a super deal. Service guys seem okay. The parts department guys seem a little lazy. Not much friendly after selling car. Needed help to deliver the car to my preferred place, couldn't help! Then ask me it is a brand new car? I said yes. He then said then there is nothing need to do. When i was buying they was saying they are going to set me up with schedule for maintenance, unless I miss heard or misinterpreted. Then after few days when i realized my wiper is no good, and asked them to help me about it, they said I need to buy a new wiper. You provided a brand new car which wiper is not working well and you can't offer a wiper change! Don't know its policy of dealership or policy of huyndai usa. Either way this is not a customer friendly policy. And now there is a call from finance department, that i need to sign some more paper! Why didn't you finished it up the day I bought the car. Although I needed to go there for car wash, so I said " I will meet after this time". Gave my car for wash, went to his office twice and saw him taking care of a family so I didn't bother him. Called me next day again while I was on my way to newyork for family visit, with a tone like every fault is mine. Lets see how this water roll. But in either case from my family and friends they will never get a buyer. More

I did not wait long like in the past when purchasing a car. Ryan Ryoselowitz was very knowledgable and helpful with helping me decide on what I wanted to purchase. He explained and showed all features on all 3 vehicle's and that I had driven. I came with my mind set of wanting only a truck and after driving 2 trucks and a car, I ended up purchasing the Elentra SE. Angel and Jorge were great in explaining everything with me and helping me get the best deal which help me with my decision. I would definetly refer family and friends to these men to purchase a vehicle. I'm enjoying my new car, Thanks Gentleman More

I hate the new car buying experience but I have a new car and I love it. So I really hate the new car buying experience. It is always very stressful and impactful to me so I put it off for as long as I can. My previous ca So I really hate the new car buying experience. It is always very stressful and impactful to me so I put it off for as long as I can. My previous car is 13 years old. Late last year I decided I needed/wanted a new car. I knew the make and model and even had an idea of what I wanted to pay. So..... December of 2015 I decided to go new car shopping. I went to three local dealers and almost immediately after the test drive I left. One salesman felt I wanted the sports model of the vehicle I wanted even though I said I did not want the sports model. Another salesman, when asked what the walking out the door price was for the vehicle quoted me $13,000.00 over list price. Imagine that over list price. I couldn't walk out the door fast enough. One salesman asked who was with me to "help" me buy the car. I needed no help walking out that door. So I gave up. In February I got the itch again, what with the auto show and everything but talked myself into waiting until March since it's my birthday month. In March I went back to one of the previous dealers because they had quoted me a decent price. My stomach churned just walking in the door. After being "forced" into another test drive, riding with a salesperson who refused to put on his seat beat even after being asked to my both my companion and myself and spending 30 minutes locating a car for me to test drive, we came back and the price upping began. One half an hour later, I left without a car and no desire to buy one. Finally it's summertime and I really am ready for a new car. I absolutely cannot go into the dealership with the horrible salesmen so I go to one I had made a quick visit to and thought they might be nice to do business with and they were. Needless to say I left with a new Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 and I am happy with my purchase thus far. More
