Poor 12hours to buy a car sitting near a window in the cold the whole day ........ Brought my bank loan, they changed it for another one. @ midnight every 12hours to buy a car sitting near a window in the cold the whole day ........ Brought my bank loan, they changed it for another one. @ midnight everybody tired I couldn't even look and choose the color I wanted for even if we went to the parking lot it was to dark to see it and we had to get back to the dealer.. the car was dirty, with scratches, in the garage person said he was to tired and it was late ( of course it was almost midnight!) so the sales man tried to clean the best he could. I mentioned this to someone when I was leaving and he told me to comeback another day, which I did and person in the garage did a good job and told me that the car was so dirty but had to go back to clean it once more because nobody cleaned the dash that was so dirty and he said ...nobody told me to do that.... finally he did it. But it was like begging and fighting for every little thing. Maybe for you is nothing but if I am buying my first car 0 km, pricey, every customer and me have big expectation of a dealer with your reputation. I signed all papers without read, everybody was tired and wanted to go home, even me after sitting all day in the cold.Of course a lot of missunderstandings. More
