The worst service and customer service ever. Avoid going there as much as possible. Oil changes take over 2 hours; any other shop would do it in 30 minutes. But today was the worst ever. I waited 3 hours for service, and in the end, they told me they didn't change anything and that I had to come back later for something they found. That's a mockery and disrespectful. We went to the dealership on 3/1 to look at a recently traded in Ioniq5. Kyle was our salesman and was completely honest and transparent on the purchase. We did not finish up until 3/5 and Klaudio the b traded in Ioniq5. Kyle was our salesman and was completely honest and transparent on the purchase.
