Great Dealership Experience My wife and I had done a lot of online shopping for a new vehicle and knew what we wanted going in. We took a couple test drives of different Santa F My wife and I had done a lot of online shopping for a new vehicle and knew what we wanted going in. We took a couple test drives of different Santa Fe Sport trims to determine which one we wanted. The salespeople did not pressure us too much to make a choice that first day. So we came back a couple weeks later and were ready to do business. Got what I would consider a good deal. They do make the protection package a default add-on I'm not normally one to pay extra for something like this, so we'll see if it winds up being worth it. Only negative was filling out the paperwork with the finance manager. I have always financed vehicles and didn't appreciate having to justify my choice not to lease, a conversation that lasted 45 minutes with the finance manager. Beyond that, I would happily to business with Grossinger again. More
