Hello Scott, After 2 weeks, no one has reached out. Even after more issues with my car still no one has reached out. Check engine light came on again, called the number Ari gave me - no answer. I called the service line and spoke to another representative - Aaliyah I think, asked for Ari, she was not in. I Made an appointment and asked for a loaner. Guess what - I was told they don’t offer loaners and I would have to see if they had one when I dropped my car off. Then the representative said she would leave note with Ari to call me. No call. The service here is absolutely horrible. You even put them on notice and Scott the GM replies and doesn’t even reach out. They just leave you on read.
