I have been a customer since before the change on management, about 3 years, now. I recently went in for regular servicing and was handled by Fredrik Kraft. He was new to their dealership and service department. I do want to emphasize that even though new at this dealership, Fredrik has 25+ years in the auto/service shop space. After our first run-through discussion, it seemed like my bill would be in the $500 range. My car is over 6 years old and I bought it used. However, at the end of the day, my total bill was less than $70. Fredrik was not just personable, knowledgeable, and super-friendly, he managed to bring my cost down significantly. Now, that's customer service. In addition, he did nail the time I'd have to wait ahead of time, which was super helpful. I had brought my laptop and got work done while I waited. I am falling more in love with Hyundai of Lincolnwood each time I go for servicing. Thank, Fredrik, and thank you, Hyundai of Lincolnwood. More

This place cost me $200 and did absolutely nothing. They are basically con artists. They wouldn't uphold my warranty after my car had a massive engine failure, on the highway, due to a recall that ALMOST GOT ME KILLED, but all they would tell me was that after waiting 2 weeks for a service appointment and having it towed there (costing me $100) they wouldn't even look at it without charging me 3 hours @ $175/hour. They would not say or guess or give me ANY information on whether this would be covered under the warranty (less than 10 years and under 100,000 miles) or my insurance or anything. This is AFTER another mechanic from the first place I had it towed to already told me "this is an engine failure due to a recall issue and should be covered under warranty by Hyundai" - they would not even look at my car or my records to verify any of this or help in any way. They told me to tow it out again ASAP "or else" - cost me another expensive tow. My car is basically junk, and they wouldn't even TALK to me or explain anything or work with me on it, NOTHING. Don't buy from them, and don't take vehicles to them. Absolutely heartless, and useless. More
Worst dealership ever. Do not work with them. They are dishonest and will screw you over. They will invent things that are wrong with your car that aren't actually wrong th Do not work with them. They are dishonest and will screw you over. They will invent things that are wrong with your car that aren't actually wrong then charge you double what anyone else charges for the same service. Avoid Hyundai of Lincolnwood like the plague. I'm not kidding. You will regret it. Go anywhere else. More

The sleaziest dealership I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your time! I'm particular in the model, trim, color, and options I'm looking for. So, when I find a match, it's a rare thing. Imagine Do not waste your time! I'm particular in the model, trim, color, and options I'm looking for. So, when I find a match, it's a rare thing. Imagine finding the car you want, seeing it advertised on a well-known website that lists cars available for sale that shows the dealership listing it at MSRP. Then, imagine having conversations with their Internet salesperson over SMS. Sharing pictures and VIN of your intended trade in. Confirming that the car is available for sale and being up front that it's an hour and a half travel to get there - please let me know if you commit to selling it, so I can turn around and not waste my time. Now, imagine getting to the dealership and finding out that they're looking to sell it for more than $13k more than MSRP (which, by the way, is about $10k over the listed price on their own website, because they included over $3k worth of dealer-added options, which you can't opt out of). Now, imagine taking PTO to leave work early, so you can make it to the dealership in time to get things transacted and approved with the credit union that you've been pre-approved with. Now, imagine that the sales manager is so smarmy that he says, "This is the only Limited trim available in the state." "But it's not what you were advertising it for." "This is the only Limited trim available for this model in the state." "Yeah, I'm done here." I walked out of the dealership less than ten minutes after I arrived - after travelling an hour and a half to get there. Disappointed? A bit. Disgusted? Totally! More
Don’t sell them your Vehicle (SCAM) I visited this dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls dealer in January to sell my Vehicle. The Sales man had promised me a check for my vehicle after 6 week maximum. After waiting 3 months with no calls, emails, or any follow up whatsoever. I reached out myself for an update, I was promised to get the check last Friday (05/06). Now more than 3+ months later the dealer has sold my vehicle and I’m still left without a check. This dealer group has essentially taken my vehicle, sold it, and kept all the profits. I’ve spent time traveling to the dealer multiple times which is about 1 hour from my home, money on fuel (gas is over 5 dollars a gallon now), and stressing over this situation. All I’ve received in return is empty promises and this dealer groups hand in my pocket. Keep in mind we are not talking about a few hundred dollars but more than the average American makes in 6 months. After over 3 months with no money and the vehicle being sold to another person who is also being treated badly, I would call this “business” a SCAM! More
