Buyer Beware! Absolutely terrible service from the sales department and general manager. Took months of reaching out to get simple free floor mats that were promised, and no responses. When coming in to get them in person, general manager was rude and wouldn’t even try to fix his employee’s mistake. Do not buy from here. Update: I posted my review while I was still at the dealership waiting about an hour for them to get my promised floor mats (a few months too late), and the general manager, Kenny, saw my poor review (he must have received an alert). He came over to me and began to yell at me and have a very heated argument in the middle of the showroom, around plenty of potential customers. He kept yelling at me and then finally threatened me with an ultimatum: he announced that if I didn’t remove my 1-star review, he would not be giving me my promised floor mats. Despicable that someone would attempt to threaten a customer for receiving a poor review - which was unfortunately justified to be given in the first place. I ended up getting the floor mats only after threatening to call the owner of the dealership. As a paying customer, I have never experienced such disrespect and terrible treatment. I will not be coming back here for any future service, even if it is free - I’d rather spend money at a place that treats its customers with respect. So sad to see so many negative reviews on here, because I really wanted to look past them when we bought the car here - but clearly they are all true. More

TRASH ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Made an appointment for a recall. Once I got there, they said there were many others in front of me. WHATS THE POINT ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Made an appointment for a recall. Once I got there, they said there were many others in front of me. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? I understand being a bit behind but the reason was because only 1 person can see the recall. Then should they be basing appointments off this one person's availability?! I asked to make another appointment the week later. Once I got there, I found out no appointment was ever made for me. And they asked me to reschedule. On top of that, I made the appointment with misinformation that their shuttle offers round trip service. But once I got there, they said their shuttle is only for drop offs. Terrible communication. Terrible worker. AVOID THIS PLACE More
