TRASH ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Made an appointment for a recall. Once I got there, they said there were many others in front of me. WHATS THE POINT ZERO STARS. THIS PLACE IS TRASH! Made an appointment for a recall. Once I got there, they said there were many others in front of me. WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT? I understand being a bit behind but the reason was because only 1 person can see the recall. Then should they be basing appointments off this one person's availability?! I asked to make another appointment the week later. Once I got there, I found out no appointment was ever made for me. And they asked me to reschedule. On top of that, I made the appointment with misinformation that their shuttle offers round trip service. But once I got there, they said their shuttle is only for drop offs. Terrible communication. Terrible worker. AVOID THIS PLACE More

He was not a sales associate that was too pushy or over aggressive. He truly listened to my wife's concerns and needs and made sure he did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied. We are having my father buy a car from him as soon as our baby is born!! More

Astounding Unprofessionalism My salesman got me a great deal on my new car, but my overall experience was terrible due to some issues during the purchasing process and following m My salesman got me a great deal on my new car, but my overall experience was terrible due to some issues during the purchasing process and following my purchase. Angel Vazquez was very, very rude regarding his interpersonal skills and very dishonest. He lied multiple times about what the standard financing rate (3.59%) was for Hyundai Motor Finance, which I only knew from beginning a deal with another Chicago Hyundai dealership via email. He told me he could do no better than 5.99%, then 3.99% after I pushed back. He told me there was nobody available to contact because it was late. It was only when I started to walk away from the deal that he said, give me 15 more minutes to contact someone at finance...imagine that. I completed my deal on a Thursday and came to pick the car up on the following Saturday because after 3.5 hours of negotiating the deal was completed late after the dealership closed. It took over 3 hours from the time I came in on Saturday to actually drive away with the car due to one of my documents of proof of residency being illegible and the car not being cleaned and prepped to go. I understand that Saturday is a very busy day, but the dealership had 2 days to get the car ready. I assumed sending my documents via email 2 days prior to picking up the car would have prevented that the issue with that. Those documents just needed to be printed upon receipt to prevent that. I'm also not sure why the car was not cleaned and prepped the morning before I came in or even while the paperwork issue was being resolved. Again, I scheduled the time to come pick up the car and complete the paperwork. The finance team was ultimately the worst to deal with along with those who answered the phone when calling the main line. The nicest person I came in contact with during my whole experience was John Jager in finance who unfortunately "left the company" the day after I purchased my car. I attempted to contact him via email the day I bought the car just when I got home to cancel the extended warranty I purchased last minute. Upon trying to contact the dealership to cancel this, it took a week for someone to tell me that John had left. The staff over the phone told me multiple times that no one in finance could help me to make this cancellation because Lisa Yassin, the manager, was on vacation and wouldn't be back for about 10 days. I found it hard to believe that there was absolutely no one in the finance department for a week, so I finally ended up going to the dealership in person. I walked in and asked to speak to finance so that I could "purchase an extended warranty" because it was clear no one wanted to talk to me to cancel the one I purchased- which I understand. This was the only way that I was finally able to speak to someone in financing. A manager, Amy Black, from Grossinger Toyota who was filling in for Lisa helped me cancel the extended warranty without any problems. Amy was very professional and is clearly fit for her position. When Lisa returned to work, she returned my call after 3 days of being back at after I had left her multiple messages and voicemails. I realized she only returned my call because she needed my proof of residence to complete the financing on the car. I emailed her the document, replied once, and I replied back to that asking for a confirmation of my extended warranty cancellation. She of course never replied to that because she already had the document she needed. I finally got ahold of Joanne Kemeras in finance, again after calling the dealership multiple times, who did send me the confirmation very quickly. She was one of the most helpful staff members I talked to throughout this ordeal and, by far, the most professional. Amy Black from Grossinger Toyota and, Joanne Kemeras and John Jager from Grossinger Hyundai, on the other hand, were a breath of fresh air with their professionalism and hassle-free interactions. The lack of professionalism by Angel Vasquez and Lisa Yassin was astounding. The staff answering the phones and my salesman were very unwilling to give me the contact information for the finance department. I would 100% recommend considering visiting another Hyundai dealership. More
