I bought a hyundai sonata and went for oil change after making appointment, they tried to sell me ex This review I am writing after bad service twice. I bought a hyundai sonata and went for oil change after making appointment, they tried to sell me extras by saying the starter is not working properly, and some other parts. Me being not having much knowledge about cars I agreed to change all the things. When i took looked up more info online and other forums I realized it was just to make extra bucks. Not to mention, they had me wait 5 hours for this service. Its a new hyundai sonata 2016 with 15,000miles. Second time i went after couole months for oil change, realizing it takes long i made an appointment. Even after having an appointment for oil change had me wait 5 hours, and when i asked Mark why its taking so long he got mad at me for asking how long more as i had to go to work and I was stuck with no car. Furthermore, after the first visit they had told me the bulb was out i agreed to change the bulb. With the new bulb it was not woking so it seemed like there was something wrong with the wiring. They promised that the oart is under warrranty and will be ordered and they will call me once the order is in, but they failed to follow up and when i asked them on the second visit for the part to be fixed I got run arounf from Mark that the bulb will cost 90$ and thrn i agreed to pay he said he wont be able to fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyome. More
