Terrible Experience! I thought everything was fine and dandy to start, however when I got to finance after I had signed paperwork. I was shocked to hear the finance per I thought everything was fine and dandy to start, however when I got to finance after I had signed paperwork. I was shocked to hear the finance person I was working with (Dave Maybe?) advised me to stop before I left Vegas to check my tire pressure and oil because he knew I had a 600 mile drive home. He basically told me that their dealership service department was trash without saying those direct words. At this point I'm horrified, so I do as he advised and stopped and checked the oil and tire pressure before I left town, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary on the shiny oiled tires. Of course about 400 miles into my trip my low tire pressure light flashes on and I became frantic I was on a 2 lane highway in the middle of nowhere with no shoulder and no cell service. Luckily I made it home, but upon inspection in the morning light I discovered 2 significant gashes in the side wall of one of the tires that had been heavily oiled down with tire oil. I feel this dealership sent single woman on a 600 mile trip home on a desolate highway possibly aware that the vehicle may not be up to safety standards. I'm absolutely horrified with this experience and I'm just thankful to be alive. In my opinion they are true scoundrels and I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. More

Bryan did an excellent job informing me of what was wrong with the engine. Sent me analysis and what was needed along with estimated cost. They tried to charge me for a smog fee on an EV, and then tried to get me to pay for used car certification ("It is the cost to recondition the vehicle to meet safety and mechanical standards as well as preparing the vehicle for certification by a master tech certified by Hyundai.") but I reminded them that legally, if a car is advertised as "Certified," the cost of that certification must be included in the advertised online price. Voila, the surprise charge went away, like magic. Other than that, everything was fine, and the after-sales communication and support was outstanding. More

They pulled a bait and switch with their internet pricing. I'm guessing they're trying to push themselves to the top of a search if you sort by lowest price but the quote they sent me was $3495 highe pricing.
