Three representatives from the Sales group spent a considerable amount of time with me answering a number of questions I had regarding the pricing and providing a reconciliation of differences. I was very satisfied with the result. Following the agreement Abel did an excellent job of orienting me to the technical features of the car. I also received a follow up call from him which I thought was very classy. It was a good experience. This is the second car I have leased with this dealership. I wanted to stay with them because of the friendly and professional experiences I have had with their service department. More

The finance guy also explained that I had additional coverage on the Elantra that I was trading in and to call the dealership that I had purchased that one at 3 years prior to get a refund on those warranties which I would have never known to do without him telling me that, he also made copies of all the paperwork I would need to fax that dealership to get that refund so I thank him very much for that.
