Service Department I have only dealt with their service department for oil changes, routine maintenance, recalls (2 so far) and repair (1 warranty, 1 non warranty 3-week I have only dealt with their service department for oil changes, routine maintenance, recalls (2 so far) and repair (1 warranty, 1 non warranty 3-weeks after warranty expired for $2.2K). Recently worked with Service Manager Ric. I had an engine light on and checked it at NAPA as a PO234 over-boost condition late Sunday. Took my 2015 Escape in on Monday morning for further diagnostic and Rick and his team had it repaired and ready for pickup by 4pm same day. I had no reservation and they were able to do this all with their already busy schedule. Great job! More

They have refreshments, entertainment and a free shuttle to go to surrounding areas acknowledging that your life doesn't stop with your car's relationship to maintenance.
