Didn't get any notifications that my car was done and was barely able to get there before closing when it had been done for at least an hour or two. I am never visiting this place again. More

These solicitation offers are written in a humiliating tone by referring to my name in the humiliating context such as "We've missed you!". By sending these promotional offers, Ford of Kirkland is demonstrating that even after refusal to provide services to me, the business continues sharing, selling, using or otherwise taking advantage of and extracting commercial value from my personal information without my consent. The unauthorized use of personal information is unethical and illegal trade practice. The evidence of misuse of my personal information further proves that Ford of Kirkland is acting illegally. Having brought this issue to the attention of BBB and other local authorities, the response from the management of Ford of Kirkland was in line with previous lies and defamation that came from them last year when they were asked to compensate for damages caused by their technician. They basically attempted to cover up the whole story by telling BBB that they don’t have any records of service refusal, despite the whole incident being fully documented including police case number. So, nothing really changed with their attitude. Liars will always be liars. More
Dishonest, two-faced, incompetent, armless liars! Damaged a brand-new rim on a brand-new car after replacing a flat tire. Blamed me for the damage and did not want to admit the responsibility. Had to Damaged a brand-new rim on a brand-new car after replacing a flat tire. Blamed me for the damage and did not want to admit the responsibility. Had to bring Kirkland police in to deal with discriminatory behavior of the service manager Tom Olson who told me to take my car and "get out from our premises and never come back". The original condition of the wheel rim was fully documented and pictures taken. Something that could have been resolved by a friendly conversation is now turning itself into a legal mess for the dealership thanks to "professionalism" of Mr. Olson who is completely lacking any logic or common sense, and behaved absurdly. faulty brakes The dealership is great. The service center is horrible. Bought my hyundai in to fix my squeaking brakes. It doesn't squeak all the time therefore it The dealership is great. The service center is horrible. Bought my hyundai in to fix my squeaking brakes. It doesn't squeak all the time therefore it seems like something is stuck in the brakes. Told the tech guy and he took it on a test drive. Ran back in and said I didn't hear anything! What the xxxx did I just tell you before you took it on a test drive smart guy? It squeaks at random. He responded well there isn't much we can do but ill check it out. Just lazy. Almost said take that xxxx apart and find the problem I don't care how long it takes. He went into the garage and shined his little 711 flash light on each tire for a couple mins and was done with it. I can't afford to have my brakes randomly squeak while im driving for uber. Definitely put my job at risk. I'll be bringing it back next week because it has gotten worse. Thanks for wasting my time!! More
I went in to get rear axel seals for my Explorer. I told her that I did not know but I had an exploded diagram of the differential with the part that I needed. She glanced at it and then pushed it away saying that it didn't do her any good so she would find out if it made any difference on the seal size. She determined that it didn't, but the whole time that I was standing there she made it seem like I was intruding on her. This may have been due to the fact that I came in at lunch time and she may have been eating, but her role as a service professional should make her realize that many people like me take their lunch as an opportunity to run errands. It ended up that there was only one seal in stock and I needed two, and the price was higher than I could get online. I would have bought the one and then ordered the other but her attitude towards me made up my mind. I am hoping that this is not a recurring theme as I have an '04 Explorer, a '99 Superduty 7.3, an '02 Escort ZX2 and a 1967 Mustang that I will need parts for as I do my own maintenance. I love my Ford's and hope that the experience I have next time is much better. *UPDATE: I have since been contaced by Parts/Service Manager Mike Cervera twice and he has apologized on behalf of Shannon, who I dealt with initially. They have made an effort to make ammends, and I appreciate that. I have kept my review the same in order to make clear that the experience was still unacceptable and that they can still strive for better service. Reviews like this that are made based on actual experience make the business better if they indeed care about thier reviews, which Ford Hyundai of Kirkland has shown. I wish no ill will and intend to use them in the future, and look forward to a much better experience. More

My husband and I take our 2 Ford vehicles to this dealership for routine service and for anything else that may come up (for example, we had mice that had gotten into the engine compartment and duct dealership for routine service and for anything else that may come up (for example, we had mice that had gotten into the engine compartment and duct work - quite a mess), and the workmanship and service have always been excellent. We've been going there for several years and have always received very personalized attention, notably from Kevin Paddock, who knows us and is our primary liason/service representative. He's knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We can't say enough about Kevin - he's terrific! And all the mechanics who have worked on our vehicles also have our respect and appreciation. More
