My husband filled out a form on the Hyundai website describing the type of car I wanted to buy. He was called back by the internet guy - Bill - before my husband had even left their site! Bill was very nice and most importantly, well informed about the vehicles available. He took the information from my husband and followed up over the next few days with more information. Within the week, Bill located the ideal vehicle based on what we wanted in a vehicle and the price range we could afford. Even though the vehicle was for me, I was not involved in the exchange up to this point. When my husband told me about the car that Bill had located - he sent me a link to the vehicle on their site. At that point, I started doing my homework. I used this site to read dealer reviews and I used the web in general to research the rating on this particular model. Bill found a 2011 Sonata SE - a program car - so even though it was fully loaded - more car than I would normally be able to afford - as a program car with only 14,000 miles - it was at a price that I could afford. A perfect combination. Also as a program car it carried all the warranties that a new car would have - which was very important to me. Even though I did not plan on buying a car until spring - Bill had found the perfect fit - an offer I could not refuse! Bill hooked us up with Kenny, the sales guy, to provide us service from that point on. Kenny was equally nice and also very, very well informed. Kenny knew what every button, every feature provided on the car and he was also able to give us an additional discount for President's day. We worked with Alex on the financing - and although we did not finance through Hyundai - he provided us with all the information on the warranties that we would need. The overall experienc at this dealership was fantastic. We were given every bit of info that we needed - no pressure to make a decision - and they even worked with us on providing us the time to remove our auto start mechanism from our trade in vehicle so that we could put it to use on our other family vehicle. My only criticism - is with the financial offers. I have had perfect credit for the past few years - but I had an overal "C" rating due to a disability 10 years ago and medical bills that stressed my financial situation to the breaking point - so a "C" rating is what they had to work with - not great I admit but still workable. They came back to me with an approval on the loan, however, with a much higher interest rate which brought my monthly payments up over $70 from where I was comfortable and what we had agreed upon. They said that was the best they could do. Luckily my credit card company, Capital One, has an auto loan program that I was able to use to get an APR at half the rate offered by Hyundai - which kept my price per month where I needed it to be. Although Hyundai could not offer me the financing I needed - they were great about waiting and working with me while I looked for financing options myself. Again, they did everything they could to get me behind the wheel in the car I wanted. I would plan on shopping their again and certainly I would recommend the dealership to friends and family. P.S. I LOVE my car! More
Henry is quite friendly and explained in detail the characteristics of the new auto; his personality reflects that he likes his job and also reflects well for the dealership. I HATE car shopping. The people at Hyundai of Keene my the experience enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. I set up an appointment via the internet to view a used car with Bill. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kenney and introduced to Bill, whom allowed Kenney to continue to work with me. Kenney is a very kno car with Bill. Upon arrival I was greeted by Kenney and introduced to Bill, whom allowed Kenney to continue to work with me. Kenney is a very knowledgeable salesman who was able to explain all aspects of the car as well as answering all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the car for less than book value and also received a very fair offer for the car I traded in. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable at this dealership. Everyone there was very friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

First time I ever walked away from a car purchase feeling 100% positive of my decision! Dan Jenkins was an absolute pleasure to work with (Bill and Alex too). We didn't have to haggle on our trade-in as it w 100% positive of my decision! Dan Jenkins was an absolute pleasure to work with (Bill and Alex too). We didn't have to haggle on our trade-in as it was right where we wanted it and we easily came to terms on the price of our 2011 Elantra. Dan was laid back and not at all pushy but yet was extremely personable and knowledgeable about his car suite and other competing cars. He was patient during our due diligence process in evaluating other cars. Upon choosing the car we wanted (no brainer) and finalizing the transaction, Dan had it ready for us with a full tank of gas and glistening in the lot. The process at this dealerships was in one phrase "professionally friendly". Do not hesitate to use this dealership. P.S. ...make sure you check out the Elantra if you are in the small to mid-size car market. You'll regret it if you don't at least vet out what this car has to offer you...my opinion at least More

My initial internet and voice contact was with Bill Harris who handled things very nicely for us, but was not there on the day we test drove the car so Henry Tunkel took over. Henry was very excited about helping us find the right car and promised to stand behind the vehicle to be sure that everything was in great condition. They were very patient while we fought with the insurance company for the proceeds from our totaled vehicle and were ready for us when we arrived to pick up the car (an hour drive for us.) After driving away and finding the remark on the vehicle inspection report that the brakes would need to be replaced soon, we were very upset. Henry and the dealership took care of the situation immediately to our complete satisfaction. They have lived up to Henry's promise and have made the car buying process as easy as possible. More
